Q6: What about your warranty for the custom displays?
A: We provide a 36-month warranty. If there are any quality problems, we will offer to replace the displays for you.

Q7:What is the process for a new display project with your company?
A:We start out trying to get as much information as we can from our customers regarding the product, as well as the size and
configuration of the display. We consider the use of the display, and a target price range if possible.

Using the information we gathered, we create a conceptual rendering of the display for your review. When we have a design concept,
we then produce a prototype of the display for testing and approval.
